Update on 2 Dec 2025 14:32:28 (UTC+00:00)
NY ENT 1 is down again. The server failed roughly an hour later after being put into operation. Issue has been escalated to the DC techs as this is almost certainly a hardware failure.

Update on 2 Dec 2025 09:18:41 (UTC+00:00)
NYENT1 is back up, we didn't find anything unusual hardware wise and everything passed our stability tests with flying colors so that's good. We did however find that a sensor was falsely reporting temperature and believe that might have been the culprit. Which is unusual because it's been fault the entire time the server has been online so we're not entirely sure why it cause any issues now. We will continue to monitor the server closely to see if this has been resolved
